Our award-winning chef team take great care and attention during the preparation of your chosen menus by:. Reducing our carbon footprint by wherever possible sourcing local produce through our network of Midlands based suppliers, manufacturers and producers. Ensuring that emphasis is placed on seasonal menus to avoid using out of season imported fruit and vegetables. Aston Villa owns an extensive allotment plot just ½ mile from Villa Park. The allotment is run in conjunction with St Georges Community Centre based in Nechells, and supplies fruit, vegetables and salad items for our Restaurant VMF, community kitchen and hospitality on a matchday.
